From  this post 

can't exec "sox ":No such file or directory at ./downsample.pl  line 50 ,<FILEIN> line 1.

system sox wav_input/test1.wav -r 8000 -w ./wav failed: -1 at ./downsample.pl line 50 , <FILEIN> line 1
