Can't playback the some sentences completely

when I submitted speech through the website, I noticed that I wasn't able to playback the longest two sentences completely. However, I just downloaded the file and nothing seems wrong, so apparently they were recorded entirely. Somehow it seems that the Java application didn't want to playback sentences longer than a certain duration during my first test? However I cannot reproduce this on the English version, or even on my computer at work right now. Would you have any idea as to how that can be?

There should not be any difference between English or Dutch ... they both use the exact same java jar file (which is accessible from the VoxForge? site right now) - just with different prompts. So it likely related to the length of the prompt/length of the recording. If you notice it happening again, please copy the contents of the Java console and email it to me, that would be greatly appreciated (if you use Firefox, you might need to download the FireFox? Java console addon). I'll try some tests on this end too.

Hi Robin,

I was able to replicate it ... now to figure out why this is happening.

It seems to only occur after I have recorded a bunch of prompts (or all of them ... not sure), and then try to replay an earlier prompt. I need to play with this a bit more.

BTW. nothing shows up on the Java Console, so I don't need you to try to send me yours.

I seems like playback duration equals the length of the last recorded prompts line.

Therefore, if recording 1 is 10 seconds long, and the last prompt recorded thus far (number 6 for example) is 3 seconds long, the playback of recording 1 will only playback 3 seconds.

But file 1 was recorded completely, and will upload correctly, it just wont playback any longer than the last recorded prompt
