Need to use a pronunciation dictionary that does not use the "sp" phone, because mkdfa.pl (grammar creation script) will look for triphones that include the "sp" phone and return an error

Need to include a pronunciation dictionary that can be used with Julian without any edits ... because that is what users will want to use to test the acoustic model.
