error in mfc file creation for jaiger-12032006-3/mfc/vf3-13.mfc

Description

Just removed the entry for vf3-13.mfc from the master prompts file and the acoustic model creation script worked OK - no impact on Acoustic Models.

Likely just need to recreated the mfc file, and include in a future build of the acoustic models.

The audio sounds OK
